Great value for the money and a cozy room with very comfy beds. The location was beautiful, with a lovely lake and deer roaming around. The staff, especially Sara, were amazing and went above and beyond to provide helpful suggestions and make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider selection.

the cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, decorated to a high standard throughout and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully furnished, creating a homely and comfortable atmosphere. the kitchen was particularly well-stocked, and the property was spotlessly clean. the addition of the gardens and pool was a wonderful bonus, with pool towels and a BBQ provided. the friendly hosts made us feel welcome and even left fresh eggs for us.
I highly recommend this cottage and hope to return soon. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious self-catered holiday cottage with a log burner. The cottage was beautifully furnished and had a spa-like feel. The private access to the swimming pool was a highlight and made our trip even more incredible. The little touches like complimentary waffle dressing gowns added to the experience. It felt secluded and exclusive despite being attached to another property. I would highly recommend this property for a luxurious getaway.
One small drawback was that the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds is attached to one of the doubles, which may not be ideal for 3 couples or families with older children. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road could be slightly bothersome when eating in the garden.

The bathrooms were amazing! There were 3 of them, and they all had lovely showers. It was so nice to have my own bathroom and not have to share with anyone else. I felt like a king!
I personally didn't like the log burner. It made the room feel a bit stuffy sometimes.

This place had everything - a private pool, a beautiful garden, and free parking. And let's not forget the joy of an airport nearby! The kitchen was well-equipped, although I could've used a few more plates because who likes doing dishes, right?
Just a tiny inconvenience, there was a bit of noise from the busy road. But who needs silence when you have a pool, right?

The cottage was beautifully finished with modern touches and design, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. the spacious kitchen/living area was perfect for socializing and the indoor pool area was a fantastic addition to our stay. the extensive grounds with a small lake and horses added to the picturesque setting. the location was ideal, with easy access to the South Downs, Chichester, and the seaside in just a short drive. the welcome pack and provided toiletries were thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome.
If I had to be picky, the en-suite bathroom could benefit from a dimmer switch for a more relaxing atmosphere. it would have been helpful to have a few more supplies in the kitchen, such as additional plates and cutlery, to avoid having to wash up frequently.

The property was beautifully finished with modern fixtures and fittings. The heated swimming pool was a highlight, and we enjoyed having it all to ourselves. The large grounds were also a plus, with ponies, chickens, and a large pond to explore. Additionally, the private patio area was a lovely spot to relax.
There were some minor downsides to our stay. the property was near a busy road, so there was occasional traffic noise when the windows were open.

Ryefield Cottage exceeded our expectations with its luxurious finishes, home-like atmosphere, and attention to detail. The beautifully renovated cottage retained its character while incorporating modern touches. The spacious bedrooms, especially the stunning master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, were a delight. The social spaces, like the kitchen/living area and pool, allowed us to easily gather as a group while still providing privacy in the individual rooms. The Smart TVs, thermostats, and openable Velux windows added convenience and comfort. The hosts, Sara and Tim, were wonderful and the grounds were vast and secure.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the private setting and the extensive grounds with a lake and horses. Another advantage was the well-maintained swimming pool, which was warm and had a variety of floats and inflatables for added fun.
The noise from the nearby main road, especially when eating in the garden. some of the cutlery was not properly cleaned, requiring us to wash them by hand.
